Delivery

Free delivery in the UK. Orders are dispatched within 2 working days of payment and sent with a tracked courier. If you need it by a particular date, tell us when you order and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it.

Returns and cancellations

Each order includes a card written by hand with the name you send us, so orders are made for one person. Items made to your specification are exempt from the 14-day right to cancel. If you are unsure, message us before you order and we will help.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, message us on WhatsApp with a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you. Your statutory rights are not affected. Orders placed on TikTok Shop also follow TikTok Shop's own return and refund policy.

Privacy

Heckto Ltd is the controller of the personal data you give us. We use your name, delivery address and WhatsApp number only to prepare, deliver and support your order, and we keep order records for as long as the law requires. We share your delivery details only with the courier. Messages on WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp (Meta). This site does not use advertising cookies; it loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by messaging us on WhatsApp. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
